Leasehold condo launches that are well worth a look

Freehold vs leasehold – it’s an age-old debate and people rarely seem to cross from one side to the other. Stacking up in favour of the leasehold camp: typically a lower psf implies lower-quantum pricing, higher rental yield and, given the lower quantum, a larger pool of potential buyers when it comes time to sell.

With that in mind, here are the leasehold new launch condos worth a look right now – along with the top real estate agents who can make that viewing happen.
