The Grange condo insider review: low-density high life
If you’re making a shortlist of great condos with that covetable D10 area code, The Grange is probably already on it. Completed in 2008, this low-density development has all the perks of a 00s build – generous spaces, modern fittings and wow amenities. And above all, seclusion: it has only 95 units.

The Grange unit mix
The Grange is uniquely positioned with only large format units. There are 3 and 4 bedroom layouts ranging from a generous 1,744 sqft to a sprawling 4,456 sqft.

With just 95 units, there is a downside: these apartments aren’t easily come by. In the past two years, only 13 units at The Grange have come on the market. (Happily, we’ve just listed this elegantly renovated 4 bedroom featuring expansive living areas, large bedrooms and unblocked district views.)
The Grange interiors
We love the airy, open-plan layouts and floor-to-ceiling windows. And it’s rare to find layouts with separate living and dining areas, such as the 2,303 sqft 4 bedroom.

The formal dining adjoins a luxe dry kitchen with island bar, and there’s a powder room off the hallway – swish!

And the master bedrooms are pretty special, with space for armchairs, a dresser, console – as well as the walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

The Grange facilities
This isn’t an ordinary condo. We were instantly taken by the vast proportions, lush landscaping and glittering 50m pool. Love the rows of palms lining one side of the pool, and the bamboo wall on the other. #StaycationGoals

The Grange pricing
While The Grange isn’t the newest condo in the neighbourhood, the timeless design and low-density layout will secure its desirability for years to come.
Its close proximity to the CBD and the Orchard shopping district contributes greatly to its appeal – for both homeowners and renters.
