A glimpse inside Christopher Guy’s opulent flagship showroom in Singapore
The self-described ‘creators of the world’s most fabulous lifestyles’, Christopher Guy has launched its flagship showroom in Singapore – and, true to form, gone big on the glamour. Occupying a full floor of the Citibank building on Orchard Road, the showroom is all lacquered hardwoods, sumptuous chaises and the brand’s signature, voluptuous curves.
It also debuts CG’s brand new custom kitchen offering and wardrobes, featuring emblematic slashes of red and curved handles appropriated from its line-up of luxury side tables and dashing consoles.
Alongside the hoard of ‘palatial’ chairs, martini tables and the occasional hearth screen, are showstopping chandeliers by Lasvit, crystal objets by Daum and table settings by Haviland, all languorously poised and set to a soundtrack effusing from an array of chic Devialet speakers.
Visits are by appointment only – and an absolute must for those in need of a touch of fabulousness in their interiors, and their lives.
