Blvd: What’s been done since you have bought the property? What was the vision and what were you looking to create? 

Owner: Since purchasing the property, we’ve made major renovations to modernise the space, including the use of glass elements, a retractable deck cover and large three-metre by one-metre concrete tiles. For a distinctive touch, we also added Fornasetti mosaics.

Blvd: Besides the key attractions, what are the special moments or the unique character of the property?
