The development, led by UOL Group Limited (UOL) and Singapore Land Group Limited (SingLand), positions itself as the definition of “Tranquillity on the hill.”
Watten House’s poised, palatial appearance can be credited to UOL Group Limited’s continual evolution of luxury masterpieces such as Nassim Park Residences and Meyer Park.Standing on 220,240 sqft of lush grounds, Watten House borrows from the scenic nature that surrounds the estate. The newest property in UOL’s Luxury Masterpiece Collection possesses an understated elegance that marries biophilic principles and urban splendour. It ties together the abundance of greenery along Shelford Road, a distinct Asian flair and even classical elements.

Last November, it was reported that 57% or around 102 units out of the 180 available had already been sold at a private launch. All eight exclusive penthouses have been fully sold between $11.7 million and $14.5 million. As it stands, the project is now more than 75% sold since its official launch in March 2024.
Watten House is set for completion in 2027.
