Boulevard’s maiden staging takeover brought together gorgeous decor by Roche Bobois and a virtual renovation by Elliot James Interiors, revealing the full potential of this grand old Orchard home.

“The existing space is very beige, faded and enclosed, so we wanted to introduce some colour and interest for the staging experience – which we achieved through the eye-popping ‘Arbre’ standing lamps and ‘Astrolabe’ mechanical glass dining table by Roche Bobois, along with sculptural B&O speakers (from AV Intelligence) and a magnificent hyper-realist masterpiece, E vanno verso il mare, by Luciano Ventrone (from Mucciaccia Gallery).”

The next evolution

It’s currently boxed in by unnecessary walls and low ceilings, and we envisaged opening the space to dramatically expand the formal entertaining, introduce light through a new wall of windows, along with a luxe dry kitchen, walk-in wine cellar and indulgent master suite with dressing room.”
