Revving up race week with a heady mix of glamour, horsepower, and head-turning fragrance, Amaffi hosted a spectacular evening in Singapore with its ambassador, Formula One driver George Russell, ahead of the Grand Prix.

Relaxed, charming, and remarkably composed for someone about to spend the weekend racing at 300km/h, Russell spoke about life beyond the track, his pursuit of perfection, and the near-obsessive attention to detail that extends into his personal life.

It’s a philosophy that finds a natural counterpart in Amaffi, the luxury fragrance house celebrated for its elaborate creations, meticulous craftsmanship, and extraordinary presentation. “You see two race drivers competing for a team on a Sunday afternoon, but you don’t know there are 2,500 people back at the factory designing the race car,” he said, describing the painstaking process of development, engineering, and refinement. Much like fine perfumery, he suggested, the finished product is only part of the story.
