Bulgari reflects on the ‘eternally reborn’ for its latest campaign

A fusion of historical periods and artistic styles is part of what makes Rome so beautiful. And since its inception in 1884, Bulgari has always prided itself in honoring the Eternal City’s enduring memory. The brand’s Eternally Reborn campaign highlights just that, evidenced by the collection’s refreshed styling cues and exquisite gem pairings.

The ability to reinvent itself has long been a staple of the maison. In the fashion film, Rome is reinterpreted anew, offering a look into the dynamic landscapes and eternal modernity that defines the city. Director Nathalie Canguilhem and fashion photographer Zoey Grossman collaborated to ensure that landmarks are honored and a play of reflections are captured.

Underscoring each sequence in the video is the song, “Burning” by Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Bulgari muses Anne Hathaway, Zendaya and Liu Yifei represent various eclectic blends throughout the storied history of the Roman maison.

The Eternal City echoes throughout the designs and gemstones. Adorning the global ambassadors are pieces seen in cherished collections, indicative of Bulgari’s ability to reach across multiple generations. It’s a celebration of unrelenting, peerless craftsmanship.

Illuminated by the radiant dawn light of Rome, their talents shine through in the creations specifically showcased in Bulgari’s Aeterna series. This exceptional high jewellery collection makes striking impressions throughout the clip. From “Fuochi D’Artificio” to “Serpenti Misteriosi Dragone,” each piece enjoys a sense of eternity in its shape, story and form.

Complementing the release is a custom-made installation rendered by Dutch designer Sabine Marcelis. “Vista Aeterna” offers a contemporary interpretation of Rome’s urban landscape.

This dynamic installation consists of twelve travertine-based pillars adorned with reflective colored mirrors. Each pillar rotates throughout the day, enabling them to trace the path of the sun from dusk till dawn. It is said to be reminiscent of the dawn skies of Rome as it reflects the cityscape below, becoming a perfect setting to showcase Bulgari’s exceptional Aeterna pieces.
