Aqualand Australia looks back on a decade of milestones
Boulevard had the pleasure of co-hosting an exclusive celebration for the Aqualand Group with some of Singapore’s leading real estate agents and stakeholders at the Space Furniture boutique.
Distinguished clients and property insiders gathered to look back on Aqualand’s major achievements over the past decade, marking its transformation into one of the leading developers in Australia. The audience was also given key insights into the Australian luxury property market by the group’s asset management platform AL Capital.
Building on its previous successes, the award-winning brand shared its excitement over its latest project, AURA, which is set to be completed this year. It’s another building that showcases Aqualand’s penchant for erecting challenging projects and curating intelligently designed spaces amidst a busy area like Sydney.
North Sydney, in particular, has attracted an increasing number of investments, with Aqualand right in the middle of this wave. Among the other notable developments it has launched here in the past 10 years include BLUE at Lavender Bay and The REVY, both of which have become icons in the Sydney skyline.
“We are determined to provide housing solutions that help address New South Wales’ housing crisis,” Aqualand Head of Sales and Marketing Alex Adams said in a statement back in March. “We remain committed to creating dynamic communities and proud legacies for future generations and residences for our clients that they are proud to call home.”
