One Holland Village: What we love
Oh, this one’s colossal. One Holland Village is just that – a hamlet within a city-country. This ambitious development by Far East Organization aims to be the mother of all mixed developments. It will hold apartments (three different kinds), serviced residences, shops, restaurants, and offices. News just in: This new condo launches on 30 November and select residential units will be put on sale. Stay tuned for updates…
There’s something for everyone at One Holland Village Residences
This is no ordinary condo. One Holland Village Residences have three rather distinct homes on the table. While we wait for the floor plans to be released, we can spill the details on the residences. In the mix are Sereen (condos), Leven (low-rise) and Quincy Private Residences (luxury apartments). The 1 to 3 bedroom Sereen condo apartments are located in the 34 storey tower. Here it’s all about spatial efficiency, smart tech, slow living and insane views from a stretched out balcony.
Leven takes inspo from old school low-rise apartments. Think of it as a contemporary take on classic walk-ups where every level is uniquely designed. Homes on level 1 open out to a front yard. The ones on level 2 have private balconies while the level 3 residents can take heritage-inspired spiral stairs to a walk-up rooftop terrace. With only 21 units available, Leven also introduces smart home tech to keep with the times.
Then there’s the uber-luxe Quincy Private Residences. Spread across 8 uppermost levels are 27 exclusive homes with premium fittings and appliances, sprawling balconies and a private lift. As you might expect, these luxurious homes are also fitted with the best smart home tech around. Plus the residents also enjoy special amenities like a concierge, club lounge, gym, etc.
The stunning residential units are expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
Walk around the Village: Cafes, offices, stores and gardens
This mixed development by Far East Hospitality goes above and beyond. One Holland Village’s communal spaces will be largely divided into four unique concepts – Village Square, Village Green, Village Central and Village Deck – for stores, cafes, restaurants, lifestyle shops, and parks. All designed to foster a sense of community and the utmost convenience.
