Zegna’s Fall and Winter 2024 collection unveils its new ‘formal streetwear’ icons

Zegna’s Fall and Winter 2024 collection is a fitting tribute to the legendary 32 Road in Oasi Zegna. Set amidst the area’s serene surroundings, the campaign draws inspiration from the brand’s connection to nature, as well as a fresh approach to comfort, functionality and sophistication.

Here, Zegna’s artistic director Alessandro Sartori doubled down on his signature tone-on-tone styles, authoring a refined, contemporary collection crafted with Zegna’s exclusive fabrics. The pieces bridge the gap between ‘formal streetwear’ trends, leisure and the natural world.

As seen on ambassadors Mads Mikkelsen and Wu Lei, new icons emerge from the collection, including the “Il Conte” jacket and the Triple Stitch Monte shoe. Each piece reflects the idea of luxury as leisure, encouraging a slower pace of life and providing clients with what the brand says is a “deeper connection with the present.”

Sartori hoped to reimagine Count Ermenegildo Zegna’s uniform for the modern age with the Il Conte. Crafted in Oasi Cashmere, the design of Il Conte jacket is the prefect representation of the brand’s heritage. An ideal staple for modern wardrobe, the sartorial piece enjoys supple, rounded edges, and an adjustable stand-up ‘guru’ collar that can be worn lowered when necessary.

Meanwhile, the Triple Stitch Monte shoe is perhaps the most versatile Monte sneaker yet. This elegant, timeless pair can be worn all year round, whether at casual functions or even formal settings. It maximises comfortability with its easy slip-on fit all the while evoking Zegna’s traditional hand-stitching of tailored jackets.
