Inside the launch of The Stable Group’s Waruda Kirribilli in Singapore, hosted by Boulevard

Waruda Kirribilli, an exclusive collection of seven luxury whole-floor apartments overlooking the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, was launched in Asia during an intimate showcase hosted by Boulevard and The Stable Group at the Space Furniture showroom in Singapore.

On a drizzly Tuesday evening, more than 20 private clients met with the developer’s founders, Ed Horton and Danny Flynn, for a closer look at the uniquely positioned ultra-luxury Sydney project. The highlight is a two-level waterfront penthouse featuring a private pool and panoramic harbour views.

With champagne flutes in hand and a curated selection of canapés, guests explored not just the architectural and lifestyle appeal of Waruda Kirribilli, but also the strategic advantages of investing in Australian real estate.
