Porsche and Smeg’s collaboration blend automotive prestige with home lifestyle
Porsche, with its engineering excellence and legacy of motorsport triumphs, and Smeg, renowned for its Italian design flair and innovative appliances, have partnered up to create an exclusive collection of kitchen appliances.
From the limited-edition Porsche 917 KH-inspired refrigerator and matching bean-to-cup coffee machine to a curated suite of Smeg’s renowned appliances, including the FAB28 fridge, toaster, kettle, and blender, each piece recalls Porsche’s signature design language.

The highlights of the collection are the Fridge 917 Salzburg and the Bean-to-Cup-Coffee-Machine 917 Salzburg (top), both created in tribute to the Porsche 917 Salzburg’s victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970.
Finished in “917 Salzburg Red,” the pieces draw inspiration from the car’s iconic livery and feature distinctive details such as the number 23 lollipop—the starting number of the winning car—and a specially shaped handle that recalls the car door. Both models are accented with matte black elements, including Smeg’s branding in the same finish, while the fridge stands out with the iconic Porsche stripe running across its door and sides. Each piece is limited to 1,970 units—a nod to the year of Porsche’s historic triumph.
Another piece included in the collection is Smeg’s FAB28 fridge that comes in Carrara White Metallic or Shade Green Metallic. It features a special door and handle that mirrors the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, with a Porsche stripe that runs across the body. Black detailing is also found throughout the fridge, from the Smeg branding in matte black to the dark interior profile.
The collaboration extends to smaller appliances, including the toaster, kettle, and blender, all echoing Smeg’s 1950s aesthetic while adopting Porsche’s refined styling cues and colours in Carrara White Metallic and Shade Green Metallic.
