Mercedes-Benz Singapore unveils a new milestone in its Maybach portfolio with the Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series. As the first-ever two-seater in Maybach’s storied history, it blends the spirit of the SL roadster with the elegance and craftsmanship that define the marque. This open-top model captures the freedom of the road while maintaining the serene comfort expected of a Maybach, creating an entirely new expression of luxury performance.
The SL 680 Monogram Series comes in two curated design concepts. ‘White Ambience’ combines Obsidian Black Metallic with Opalite White Magno, while ‘Red Ambience’ pairs the same deep black tone with Garnet Red Metallic, a new hue developed for this model.

Inside, crystal white Nappa leather creates a bright, cocoon-like interior, contrasted by silver-chrome accents and refined detailing across the seats, door panels and centre console.
Beyond these curated looks, owners can personalise their cars with over 50 paint colours by Manufaktur—Mercedes-Benz’s customisation programme. Each colour is inspired by gemstones, minerals and natural landscapes, including archival tones revived from Mercedes-Benz and Maybach’s heritage palette.

The exterior presents a new interpretation of Maybach design, featuring an A-shaped chrome grille with illuminated contours, a rose gold accent within the headlights and an upright Mercedes star above a chrome-plated bonnet fin. At the rear, Maybach-specific taillights and diffuser design complete the look, complemented by elegant 21-inch forged wheels.
The PixelPaint process on the bonnet adds another layer of distinction. Using technology similar to a high-precision printer, the Maybach monogram is applied directly onto the surface with microscopic accuracy—a first for the marque. This method not only gives the bonnet a striking depth and texture but also makes the painting process more sustainable by reducing material waste and emissions.

Beneath the elegant exterior, the SL 680 delivers serious performance. Its 4.0-litre biturbo V8 engine produces a total output of 585 horsepower, working with a smooth 9G-TRONIC transmission and 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive for confident handling in all conditions. The hydraulic suspension system keeps the ride balanced and comfortable, while enhanced sound insulation ensures the cabin remains calm and quiet—even when the top is down.
