The Temerario marks a new era for Lamborghini and the end of the V10 engine
Succeeding the Huracán—Lamborghini’s long-running V10 model that sold over 25,000 units since its 2014 debut—is the Temerario, a new High Performance Electrified Vehicle that pairs hybrid technology with the raw performance of a supercar.

The Temerario marks a major shift in Lamborghini’s engineering, swapping the Huracán’s conventional V10 for a twin-turbocharged V8 paired with an electric motor. This hybrid setup produces an impressive 907 horsepower and 730 Nm of torque—figures that translate to serious speed. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds, edging out the Huracán by two-tenths of a second, and reaches a top speed of 343 km/h, up from the Huracán’s 325 km/h.

What sets the Lamborghini Temerario apart from its predecessor is its ability to drive in full-electric mode for short distances, made possible by a 3.8 kWh lithium-ion battery integrated into its hybrid powertrain. This enables the car to operate silently and emissions-free at low speeds, particularly useful in urban environments or during cold starts.
Visually, the Temerario is more restrained than some of its predecessors, but still distinctly Lamborghini. It incorporates the brand’s signature hexagonal motifs, including a wide, angular front end with hexagon-shaped daytime running lights. At the rear, matching hexagonal tail lights and exhaust outlets contribute both to the car’s aerodynamic profile and visual identity.

For those seeking a more track-focused setup, the Temerario is also offered in an Alleggerita version. This variant features a lightweight package that replaces standard components with carbon fibre elements—such as the wheels, extended front splitter, side skirts and a larger rear spoiler—enhancing both downforce and overall aerodynamic efficiency.
