Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower: A rising new icon of the Dubai skyline
Franck Muller’s first foray into real estate is shaping up to be its most ambitious ‘complication’ yet. Boasting a height of 450 metres across more than 100 floors, the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower is set to become the tallest branded residential clock tower in the world, one that reflects the dynamism and opulence of the Dubai Marina.
To be built together with world-renowned developer London Gate, the structure will be joining the likes of other icons of the Dubai skyline such as the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Frame, and the Dubai Mall soon enough. London Gate already enjoys a robust portfolio of properties in the UAE real estate market, with projects such as Maya V and Nadine I&II both sold out. Its collaboration with the Master of Complications promises to follow the same route.
“With our latest project, where architectural opulence meets timeless luxury – we bring Franck Muller’s first-ever branded residences,” says London Gate CEO Eman Taha. “With this partnership, we aim to reinstate the standards of sophistication and elegance, creating a living experience that reflects the brand values and vision of both London Gate and Franck Muller.”
Residents are invited to experience both the holographic brilliance of Franck Muller and the modernist architectural refinement of London Gate. The tower’s crown will be featuring Franck Muller’s aesthetic codes, adorned with classic fonts and numbers borrowed from the Swiss watchmaker. Taking cues from London Gate’s past designs, the tower should possess the same London splendor forged with the contemporary essence of the UAE.
Ranging from one to four bedrooms, units will get panoramic views of the Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, as well as an array of world-class dining options, watersports activities, and more. The new ultra-luxury development will also boast a variety of hotel-like amenities.
These include a sophisticated cigar lounge, rejuvenating spa, state-of-the-art gym, 24/7 valet services, laundry facilities, and even a private chef. A spacious kid’s play area, padel tennis court, and a private cinema should add to the diverse recreational options for both individuals and families alike.
Franck Muller MEA Managing Director Erol Baliyan concludes: “It is incredible to launch Franck Muller’s first-ever real estate collaboration in a world-class city like Dubai, known to be one of the most vibrant, luxurious, and developed cities in the world. We are excited to introduce a record-breaking legacy for Franck Muller – which is slated to be the first of many iconic ventures that will unfold globally.”
Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower is set for completion in 2026.
