The Benetti M/Y Asani is a masterclass in bespoke megayacht ingenuity

Combining functionality, modernity and ingenuity, the M/Y Asani is the latest jewel in Benetti’s B.Now 50M family, the Italian shipyard’s flagship line of megayachts. Like its predecessors, the yacht features a steel hull, an aluminium superstructure and spans four decks.

The 50-metre megayacht boasts the same sporty yet elegant silhouette of the original Asani, but is further elevated thanks to the addition of Benetti’s signature Oasis Deck®. This feature offers additional space for entertainment by the water’s edge using its fold-out wings. It is also built with an infinity pool and offers a 270-degree view of the horizon.

Additional decks offer versatile, multi-functional spaces, each furnished with beautiful bespoke pieces. The upper deck features a comfortable sofa aft and a well-sheltered bespoke outdoor dining table. It also has a staircase leading to the sun deck, which boasts a large relaxation area. It is complete with L-shaped sofas, multi-functional coffee tables that raise and extend into a dining table, as well as a Jacuzzi.

The interiors of the M/Y Asani are as unique as its exterior, featuring curated artworks and bespoke furnishings that are pieces of art themselves.

At the main deck salon, vibrant blues and organic forms using natural oak dominate the space and complement the ergonomic architecture of the yacht. Guests are welcomed with a striking Elmgreen & Dragset artwork, as well as Benetti’s custom designed large sofa on the port side. It also has a dining area with a table that seats up 12 people.

The highlight of the yacht is the full-beam master suite, complete with a walk-in robe, a generous private bathroom finished in Calacatta marble and an expansive balcony with an outdoor shower. A custom Ula Saniawa installation from Unit 89 also adorns the bed’s headboard, inspired by the movement of the sea and the flow of sand.

Four additional guest cabins with private bathrooms are found on the lower deck, while six separate cabins can accommodate up to 10 crew members. The captain’s area is found at the bow and also features a captain’s cabin with a private bathroom.

The M/Y Asani is equipped with two 1,400 HP MAN V12 engines, delivering a top speed of 15 knots. It also offers a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles with a cruising speed of 10 knots.
