Boulevard has spent years photographing the finest private residences across Asia-Pacific, engaged in each case to present them for sale. In the course of that work, a pattern became clear: many of these properties are also available to rent. Owners began asking Boulevard to represent them directly. Agents began asking whether Boulevard placed holiday lettings. Travel concierges spoke of a shortage of the material their clients require to book with confidence — photography, video, floorplans.

Boulevard Luxury Stays follows from that experience rather than from a finished platform. It is a new service, built on an established practice: present the properties Boulevard already knows, and recommend them directly.

The Standard

Every stay presented here has been visited, photographed, or introduced to Boulevard by a source it trusts — an owner, an agent, a concierge, a hotelier. None has paid for its place. Boulevard’s standing in ultra-luxury real estate rests on the same principle: an audience of UHNW buyers relies on its judgement precisely because that judgement is not for sale.

The Destinations

Boulevard’s first stays draw on the markets we know (and love), through our experience, access and network in prestige real estate: the ski architecture of Niseko, the beachfront villas of Bali and Koh Samui, the headland estates of Phuket, and the coastal residences of Sydney, Byron Bay and Noosa.
