Midas Land’s Jervois Privé is one exquisite maiden residential project

Architecturally speaking

Surrounded by Good Class Bungalows (GCBs) and international embassies, this luxury development is a stunner. Midas Land co-founders Mike Ho and Dawn Lim put together a dream team to envision this project. Yip Yuen Hong of ipli Architects, celebrity interior designer Peter Tay and landscape architecture firm Salad Dressing joined forces to imagine a timeless piece of modern architecture.

We hear architect Yip Yuen Hong (yes, the four-time President’s Design Award winner!) was inspired by the ageless colonial black-and-white bungalows in the neighbourhood. The result is expected to celebrate sublime designs and lush greens even in community spaces that include the 25-metre swimming pool, jacuzzi pool, dining pavilions and more.
