Nose: Top notes are of Christmas cake moistened with Oloroso sherry. Base notes are of oak, chocolate and licorice
Palate: Texture is mouth-filling and lightly waxy, with a sweet start and tannic dry finish

Matured in American oak ex-sherry cask and bottled at 52.6 per cent ABV
