Sims Drive condo is a joint venture between Hong Leong and City Developments Ltd (also under the Hong Leong Group), both of which have a strong reputation and extensive history of high-quality developments in Singapore. The Sims Drive condo site of 174,648 sqft was purchased in a Government Land Sale (GLS) by a joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings’ Intrepid Investments and City Developments Ltd, both of which are under Hong Leong Group Singapore. The winning bid of $384m implies a psf ppr of $732. Based on this, Colliers International estimates the selling price for Sims Drive condo to be around $1,400 psf.
