The first new launches for 2021
We’re ringing in the new year with the launch of mega-condo Normanton Park. Launched in April this year, 15 Holland Hill has already seen two of its three penthouses snapped up. Little wonder why: the 5,000+ sqft residences are set on a single floor, with sweeping views from the condo’s hilltop elevation and lush, sumptuous interiors.
The penthouse offers five bedrooms priced from $16m – and for those who want the space but not the height, there are also duplex maisonettes.

Must-see River Valley condo showflats
The Avenir condo
Well, almost here. Launched in January, but not completing for a good three or four years yet, The Avenir is the latest high-end offering to hit River Valley. Developers Hong Leong and GuocoLand have teamed up to bring yet more temptation to the D09 area.
The Avenir is on River Valley Close, pretty much opposite Killiney Road – so 10 minutes or so from Orchard Road (and Somerset MRT) while retaining the riverside lifestyle bragging rights of Robertson Quay. We’re especially taken with the generous, liveable interiors – see The Avenir’s 4 bedroom plus family room unit, sprawling across 2,411 sqft, for details, floorplans, and more photos to paw through.
Rivière condo is set to redefine waterfront living in this enviable stretch of Robertson Quay. This mixed-use development takes full advantage of a rare, enormous site with total river frontage and heritage godowns to boot. Twenty-One Angullia Park condo
The spectacular Twenty-One Angullia Park development has 12 brand new apartments for sale, ready to move in, offering an immediate oasis of luxury and calm amid the hustle of Orchard Road. Boulevard 88 condo
Perhaps the highest-end new launch condo dropping jaws just now, Boulevard 88 combines generous proportions with hotel-grade services – literally, as the residences sit alongside new luxury hotel brand Singapore Edition.
Investor hotspot in the Tampines hub
Sales at Singapore’s largest condo development, Treasure at Tampines, have been firing, with a monster month in October seeing 87 transactions for a total value of $94,122,000. Numbers so far for November show another solid month, with the average psf nudging up from $1,372 to $1,384 – although it is still one of the lowest-priced new launch condos in the country.
East Coast new launch condo love
The Amber Road area is definitely having a moment, and one of the more eye-catching new launch condos is Coastline Residences. Designed by AGA Architects and inspired by the undulating sea (onto which it looks out), the development also boasts the rooftop pool of your dreams.
Amber Park condo
The showstopping “Stratosphere” rooftop alone is worth the visit; Amber Park’s showflat includes a stunning model complete with viewing deck. No less amazing: the double-height five-bedroom unit and sleek two- and three-bedroom layouts on display here.
Peranakan design details meet, yes, another double-height ceiling. The Nyon condo showflat really puts on a show, from the gorgeous balcony tiles to the impressive entertaining spaces – not to mention its coveted Amber Road location.

Boutique luxury in Balmoral doesn’t come much nicer than The Hyde. From the luxe, overheight 1 bedroom unit to the expansive, light-filled 3 bedroom apartment, there’s plenty to fall in love with. And we haven’t even gotten to the breathtaking rooftop pool…
Those sublime Zaha Hadid curves never get old. This 3 bedroom unit at d’Leedon offers both condo and district views from every room. The highlight (apart from unrivalled facilities and onsite services) has to be the spectacularly large balcony.
